Certain levels of IgM and IgG antibodies are present in the serum of asymptomatic infections. Therefore, detection of IgM and / or IgG antibodies related to viral proteins in the serum is suspected for screening. The sample has a positive meaning and is also an effective complement to nucleic acid detection. The colloidal gold rapid detection reagent has simple operation, safe and convenient sampling, and is suitable for rapid on-site detection. Its application will help the effective prevention and control of the epidemic.

Principle

The SARS-CoV-2 antibody test strip is based on colloidal gold immunochromatography. During the detection, the labeled colloidal gold captures the anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies (IgM and IgG) in the sample and forms a complex, which flows along the test paper to the other end of the NC membrane. When the complex flows to the membrane, it coats the new crown N protein When the T region of the antigen is recombined, the specific antigen immobilized on the membrane captures the anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody in the complex and gradually aggregates into a visible T line. The appearance of the C line indicates that immunochromatography has occurred, that is, the test strip is valid; the appearance of the T line indicates that the sample is infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Storage & Shelf Life

Storage at room temperature, out of sunlight, do not freeze, 18 months shelf life.

Operation

1. Collect blood 1 ml, 1500 rpm, centrifuged, and the upper serum was ready for use. (If the sample cannot be tested immediately, it should be stored refrigerated and stored for more than 24 hours.)
2. Recovery test kit & specimen to room temperature;
3. Use a graduated pipette to aspirate the serum to the scale (5ul), add it to the diluent tube, and stir evenly to obtain the test solution;
4. Take out the kit and place it flat on a table (for example, take it from 2-8 ℃, it takes 30 minutes to return to room temperature), put 2-3 drops (80-100ul) of the sample to be tested without bubbles in the disposable dropper Add dropwise and slowly into the addition well;
5. Detection time is 15 minutes, reference is 20 minutes, invalid for 30 minutes.

Interpretation

• Positive: IgG & IgM lines are visible
• Negative: Only C line visible
• Invalid: Only test line visible

Precautions

1. If you find outdated, damaged, contaminated, or invalid products, do not use it.
2. Use all test within 1 hour after unsealing.
3. This product is disposable, please do not reuse it.
4. Do not use tap water, purified water, or distilled water as negative controls.
5. If there is no liquid movement in the test window within 30 seconds after dropping the test solution, add another drop of test solution.
6. Test samples may be potentially infectious, and samples and used reagents should be treated as microbial hazards.
7. This test strip is a rapid in vitro diagnostic tool. It only provides qualitative test results. It should be diagnosed by comprehensive clinical symptoms or other conventional testing methods. If it is positive, please refer to other methods.
